New Dawn Government To Build Vaccine Plant In Chilanga
The biggest challenge in our livestock sub sector has been disease control and lack of vaccines. In the budget 2023, we have allocated K274 million for vaccine procurement.
Additionally we are building a vaccine plant at the Balmoral Laboratory in Chilanga so that we can produce our own vaccines. This will solve two problems, vaccine availability and affordability.
