We have arrived in Windhoek, Namibia for an Extraordinary Summit of the Organ Troika of SADC, that deals with the region’s Politics, Defence and Security.

Zambia has been a key player seeking for peace and security in the region since independence and its for this reason that we are here.

We have to do everything possible to ensure regional peace and security is maintained as a preliquisite for our economic development.

Instability anywhere is Instability everywhere.
