HH Opens Mimbula Mine In Chingola

Fellow citizens.

Yesterday in Chingola, we opened the Mimbula Mine which has created over 900 direct and indirect jobs. We will continue providing an enabling environment for business to thrive because our people need jobs and business opportunities.

Later, we addressed our people who had gathered to share with us some of the challenges they are going through and, most importantly, to do with how together we can turn around the economy.

Issues of poor roads and empowerment challenges among others were top, and we assured everyone of them that they elected us into office to work on these and that we are moving into this direction.

We are optimistic that the challenges before us will be overcome because God is on our side and that our plan is to conquer tomorrow with renewed vigour.
