Hichilema Campaign Sets Course Through Lusaka and Into Muchinga

President Hakainde Hichilema is set to continue his nationwide campaign tour with a weekend of engagements across Lusaka Province before heading into Muchinga Province, ahead of the August 13 General Election.

The tour picks up on 11 July with a first day taking in Luangwa, Rufunsa and Chongwe, followed on 12 July by engagements in Shantumbu, Chilanga and Kafue, as the President rallies support across Lusaka Province with the United Party for National Development (UPND) message.

From there the campaign moves north to Muchinga Province on 13 and 14 July, where the President is expected to highlight the government's track record and outline development priorities for the region, from roads and agriculture to public services, while pointing to the gains already delivered under the UPND, including free education, expanded healthcare, job creation and inclusive growth.
